A Edwardian 18 Karat yellow gold opal three stone ring set with four old cut diamonds. The diamonds are estimated at 0.10cts per stone ie 0.40cts total. A lovely period example, all the stones are millegrain and claw set. Opals were only discovered in Australia in 1880 so this ring would have been produced from that period onwards. An antique pre-owned ring in lovely condition for its age.
